Placement Information

Cleveland Underdog Rescue is always looking for qualified candidates to provide a forever home for our adoptable dogs. We always try to find the best possible match for placement of our dogs; Please complete our adoption application (do not leave any fields blank). We conduct a home visit before and after placement of the dog and also require a legal contract with every placement, as well as, a $125 adoption fee which covers the cost of vet care provided to the placed dog.
